  • Identification of sources (information distortion, reward system, organizational environment – competition, disparagement, etc.)
  • Strategies, methods and tactics to approach and resolve the conflict (interpersonal / interdepartmental).
  • Empathy and cooperation
  • Management of emotions
  • Assertiveness
  • Conflict Map
  • TKI Instrument
  • Negotiation strategies, methods and tactics
  • Influencing and seduction
  • Conflict mediation
  • Conflict Management within organization – strategies to be implemented

 

Expected outcomes

  • Awareness of own motivations, interests and attitudes
  • Self-analysis of own communication style and interaction within the organization
  • Abilities of constructive approach of potential or already existent conflict
  • Knowing the basics of management of emotions, assertiveness, influencing and seduction
  • Knowledge of conflict mediation techniques and conflict management within the organization.

 

Duration of training: 2 days, from 8:00 a.m. to  5:00 p.m., with a break of 15 minutes after 1h 45 ‘ and 1/2 hour lunch break for lunch.
